Centuria announced today they have been awarded a place on the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) vehicle. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for small businesses.
“We are thrilled to give our FAA customers an easy way to access our skills and experience in the areas of software development, project management, and engineering services,” commented Kevin Burke, Founder and CEO of Centuria. “Our experience working with NEXRAD systems for the National Weather Service has a direct applicability to the challenges the FAA is facing in rolling out NEXTGEN. We look forward to applying our experience to help ease that transition.”
Under the five year contract, Centuria is eligible to compete for tasks under Air Transportation Support (ATS), Engineering Services (ES), and Research & Development (R&D) functional areas.
