Centuria Approach to Monitoring and Maximizing Quality:

Centuria employs a comprehensive Quality Assurance System (QAS) that integrates quality controls into both the program and TO levels. Centuria’s QAS encompasses all aspects of project and program performance including technical performance, delivery, project operations, and contract compliance. This is a proven approach that ensures that all aspects of the program are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality levels that meet or exceed all TO specifications and requirements. The flowchart below summarizes the life cycle QA process Centuria will implement for SeaPort-e. This approach establishes both QA and Quality Control (QC) procedures to manage the consistency, quality, and responsiveness of all SeaPort-e TO and contract activities. The QA process is integrated with the following management processes: performance measurement, the monthly MRC management cycle, root cause analysis, and development of corrective actions, risk management, and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
