 Medical, Dental, & Vision Care

Centuria offers comprehensive health and wellness plans to meet your medical, dental, and vision care needs. We offer three medical plan options, as well as an optional Health Reimbursement Account and/or Flexible Spending Account to contribute pre-tax dollars to cover eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses. Centuria also offers eligible employees access to purchase supplemental insurance such as, Tricare Supplement and Sun Life Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Cancer, and Critical Illness insurances.


Paid Time Off & Holidays

Centuria is committed to supporting our employees work/life balance. Upon hire, employees are eligible for 11 paid Federal Holidays and unlimited PTO. Centuria also offers paid leave for occasions such as bereavement, jury duty, military/USERRA, and the birth or adoption of a child.

Life & Disability Insurance

Centuria provides basic life and disability insurance coverage at no cost to you. Employer-paid life insurance provides a benefit of 1X annual salary up to $150,000, with the option to purchase supplemental employee spouse and child life insurance. Short term disability insurance is provided at 60% of employees base salary (max $1,000/week). Long term disability insurance is provided at 60% of employees base salary (max $6,000/month).


Tuition Assistance & Career Development

Centuria supports lifelong learning and professional development for our employees. We provide generous tuition and professional training reimbursements for eligible courses to our full-time employees, who wish to enhance their business and technical skills.
