Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System II (AWIPS II): Centuria is a subcontractor on NOAA NWS AWIPS II as a member of the Raytheon Technologies team. AWIPS is the backbone of a modernized NWS. It ingests observation, sensor, and model data input, and processes these data into weather products; allows forecaster synergy in product creation; and disseminates weather warnings and watches. The objective of the AWIPS II contract is the provision of O&M services, and H/W, S/W, communications, and architecture improvement services for AWIPS. Centuria provides software engineering and meteorological services 24/7/365 in support of Raytheon Technologies and NWS.

The NCEP VCPO provides end-to-end data center managed services for NCEP Central Operations (NCO) division for the compute, storage, and networking within the data centers that support the Integrated Dissemination Program (IDP) and Compute Farms (CFs). This partnership allows the Government to concentrate on its core missions, while also leveraging private sector expertise to manage state-of-the-art data center infrastructure.

The GSMO-3 contract supports ground systems and operations for more than 20 missions managed by NASA’s Goddard Spaceflight Center (GSFC). The GSMO-3 contract covers concept studies, design, development, integration, test verification, operations and mission systems and subsystems sustainment support. Centuria provides systems engineering and web development support to KBR and NASA’s Goddard Spaceflight Center (GSFC).
